Welcome to Sunny Stay. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sunny Stay website (the “Platform”) as a subscriber and property owner. By subscribing and listing your property on Sunny Stay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription & Membership
Property owners (“Subscribers”) pay a monthly subscription fee to list and promote their vacation rental properties on Sunny Stay.
Subscription fees are billed automatically each month and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Sunny Stay does not charge commission on bookings — the subscription covers full listing access.
2. Listing Requirements
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that all property listings are accurate, truthful, and regularly updated (including photos, descriptions, availability, and pricing).
Properties must comply with local laws and health & safety standards.
Sunny Stay reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates our content or quality standards.
3. Subscriber Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for managing guest communication, bookings, pricing, and property upkeep.
You must handle all financial transactions with guests directly. Sunny Stay does not facilitate bookings or payments.
You agree to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for all guests.
4. Account Management
Each subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Multiple properties may be listed under one account, depending on your subscription plan.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
By listing on Sunny Stay, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your property content (e.g., photos, descriptions) for promotional purposes on the Platform and affiliated marketing channels.
You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time by cancelling your subscription.
6. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Sunny Stay may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sunny Stay is a listing platform only. We do not act as agents, brokers, or intermediaries in guest bookings.
We are not liable for disputes between property owners and guests, including payment issues, damages, or cancellations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Stay disclaims all warranties and liabilities related to your use of the Platform.
8. Modifications to Terms
Sunny Stay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or dashboard alert.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
